26/12/2015· I have an electric hot knife with adjustable thermostat used for uncapping. My question is after using hot knife some of the honey and or wax burnt on the knife and I am wondering how others have managed to keep the knives clean. The knife was preset but may need to be turned down some though it did work well when uncapping at the preset temp.
